1. Wrap a flexible thread, such as a line, string or paper tape, around your finger and mark where the thread meets at the beginning and end of the outline.

3. Stretch the thread and measure the distance between the marks with a ruler.
4. Consult the table below to find the size corresponding to the length of the thread.

For greater accuracy, it is recommended that you confirm the size found with a second method:

1. Choose a ring that fits comfortably on your finger.
2. Measure the inside diameter of the ring in a straight line, from one end to the other, using a ruler or tape measure.
3. Do not measure the edges of the ring, only the inside.
4. Check the measurement obtained against the table below to determine the corresponding size.
