Exchanges & Returns

We suggest you consult our Ring Size Guide and make sure you are buying the right size.

To request the exchange of your jewel, please contact us by e-mail fendajewellery@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your jewel. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, the item must be returned in its original packaging, with the certificate of authenticity, with no signs of use or damage. The piece must be returned to our studio within 48 hours of the start of the exchange or return process.

The company reserves the right not to make the exchange if the jewel or the packaging are not in the right condition. The cost of sending the piece for exchange and reshipping the new piece will be the responsibility of the customer.

It is important to note that personalized jewelry is not eligible for exchange.
