Once payment has been confirmed, we begin to produce your jewel with the utmost care. As soon as it is ready, it will be sent by Sedex or similar. All our Jewellery is made with Vermeil Gold, a quality standard that sets it apart from ordinary “gold-plated Jewellery” due to its higher criteria. After solid gold, vermeil gold is the highest quality type of gold Jewellery you can buy.
We use recycled 925 sterling silver as a base, with a coating of 18k gold. Each piece of our Jewellery is plated to a minimum of 15 microns to ensure long-lasting quality and durability.

- GENTLE CLEANING: After wearing your Jewellery , gently wipe it with a soft cloth to remove any residue of oils, lotions or other substances.
- STORAGE IMPORTANT: Store your pieces in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. To avoid scratches, keep them separate or individually wrapped.
- AVOID HARMFUL CHEMICALS: Substances present in perfumes, cosmetics and household cleaning products can affect the shine of your Jewellery and damage the gold plating. It is best to apply these products before putting on your pieces.
- REMOVE BEFORE ACTIVITIES: Take off your Jewellery before participating in activities such as swimming, exercising or cleaning. This helps prevent possible damage and ensures that your pieces remain immaculate.
- SPECIAL CARE: Be especially careful with freshwater pearls and natural gems, as they are delicate, and direct exposure to aggressive elements can damage their shine.
