OUR JEWELLERY

Each Fenda jewel is a unique work of art, created with mastery and care. We use noble materials such as 18k gold, 925 silver and hand-selected natural stones and pearls. Our pieces are handcrafted, which guarantees an impeccable finish and exclusive details.

RAW MATERIAL

Our jewelry is handmade, one by one, in our studio, with precious metals such as recycled 925 silver and 20-micron 18k gold plating (gold vermeil). For heavier pieces, we offer the option of gold-plated brass, of the same quality. The carefully selected natural stones and pearls give a unique and special touch to each piece. We only work with ethical and licensed suppliers, ensuring the responsible origin of all materials.

We would like to emphasize that our gold plating has a quality standard that differentiates it from regular "gold-plated jewelry" due to its higher standards. After solid gold, gold vermeil is the highest quality type of gold jewelry you can buy. All of our pieces are customizable and can be produced in the metals of your choice.

PRODUCTION

We believe in conscious and sustainable production. That's why we keep a limited stock to reduce waste, and we produce many of our pieces on demand, in the ideal size. Production time varies depending on the complexity of the piece and our workflow, but does not exceed 20 business days. We understand the importance of special dates and will do our best to meet your needs.

SHIPPING

After payment confirmation, we will carefully begin producing your jewelry. Once it is ready, it will be sent by Sedex or similar. Choose the delivery option that best suits your needs and track your purchase using the tracking code that we will send you by email. If you have any special requests for gifts, please contact us.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

We suggest you consult our Ring Size Guide and make sure you are purchasing the correct size.

To request an exchange of your jewelry, please contact us via email quebra-jewellery@gmail.com within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of your jewelry. According to the Consumer Protection Code, the piece must be returned in its original packaging, with the certificate of authenticity, without signs of use or damage. The piece must be returned to our studio within 48 hours after starting the exchange or return process. The company reserves the right not to exchange the piece if the jewelry or packaging is not in adequate condition. The costs of shipping the piece for exchange and reshipping the new piece will be the customer's responsibility. It is important to note that personalized jewelry is not eligible for exchange.

PACKAGING

Your order will arrive in carefully designed packaging to protect your jewelry during shipping. We are a plastic-free company, using sustainable and recyclable materials such as cardboard and fabric. The magnetic box that comes with the jewelry is perfect for storing and preserving it for a long time.

CERTIFICATE AND WARRANTY

The Certificate of Authenticity proves the originality of your jewelry and guarantees the quality of the materials. We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase of your jewelry, against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, such as scratches, dents or breakage due to impact, as well as natural wear and tear of the gold plating or accidents. Storage matters: Store your pieces in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. To avoid scratches, keep them separate or individually wrapped.

Avoid chemicals: Substances found in perfumes, cosmetics, and household cleaning products can affect the shine of your jewelry and damage the gold plating. It is best to apply these products before putting on your pieces.

Remove before activities: Remove your jewelry before participating in physical activities. This helps prevent potential damage and ensures that your jewelry remains pristine.

Special care: Be especially careful with pearls and natural gemstones, as they are delicate, and direct exposure to aggressive elements can damage their shine. Remember that proper care increases the longevity of the gold plating applied to your jewelry.
