Each Fenda piece of jewellery is a unique work of art, created with mastery and care. We use noble materials such as 18k gold, 925 silver and hand-selected natural stones and pearls. Our pieces are handcrafted, which guarantees an impeccable finish and exclusive details.
RAW MATERIALS
Our jewellery is handmade, one by one in our studio, with noble metals such as recycled 925 silver and 20 micron 18k gold plating (gold vermeil). For heavier pieces, we offer the option of gold-plated brass, of the same quality. The carefully selected natural stones and pearls give a unique and special touch to each piece. We only work with ethical and licensed suppliers, ensuring the responsible origin of all materials.
We would like to emphasize that our gold plating has a quality standard that differentiates it from common "gold-plated jewellery" due to its higher criteria. After solid gold, gold vermeil is the highest quality type of gold jewellery you can buy. All of our pieces are customizable and can be produced in the metals of your choice.
PRODUCTION
We believe in conscious and sustainable production. That's why we keep a limited stock to reduce waste, and we produce many of our pieces on demand, in your ideal size. The production time varies according to the complexity of the piece and our workflow, but does not exceed 20 business days. We understand the importance of special dates and will do our best to meet your needs.
SHIPPING
After payment confirmation, we begin producing your jewellery with great care. As soon as it is ready, it will be sent by Sedex or similar. Choose the delivery option that best suits your needs and track your purchase using the tracking code that we will send by email. If you have any special requests for gifts, please contact us.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN
We suggest that you consult our Ring Size Guide and make sure that you are purchasing the correct size.
To request an exchange of your jewellery, please contact us via email at fendajewellery@gmail.com within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your jewellery. According to the Consumer Protection Code, the piece must be returned in its original packaging, with the certificate of authenticity, with no signs of use or damage. The piece must be returned to our studio within 48 hours after starting the exchange or return process. The company reserves the right not to perform the exchange if the jewellery or packaging is not in adequate condition. The costs of shipping the piece for exchange and reshipping the new piece will be the customer's responsibility. It is important to note that personalized jewellery is not eligible for exchange.
PACKAGING
Your order will arrive in carefully designed packaging to protect your jewellery during transportation. We are a plastic-free company, using sustainable and recyclable materials, such as cardboard and fabric. The magnetic box that comes with the jewellery is perfect for storing and preserving it for a long time.
CERTIFICATE AND WARRANTY
The Certificate of Authenticity proves the originality of your jewellery and guarantees the quality of the materials. We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase of your jewellery, against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, such as scratches, dents or breakage due to impact, as well as natural wear and tear of the gold plating or accidents.
