To find your ideal size, the most recommended method is to use a ring sizer, which provides a more precise and reliable measurement.

If you don't have a ring sizer available, you can take the measurement using a standard ruler.

To do this, take a ring that already fits you perfectly and place it over the ruler, as shown in the image above. Then, measure only the internal opening of the ring — that is, the distance from one inner edge to the other. It is important not to include the thickness of the ring's outer wall in this measurement, as this can lead to an incorrect result.

Once you have this measurement, compare the value with the table above to identify your corresponding ring size.
