OUR JEWELLERY

Each Fenda jewellery is a unique work of art, created with mastery and care. We use noble materials and hand-selected natural stones and pearls. Our pieces are handcrafted, which guarantees an impeccable finish and exclusive details.

PRIMARY MATERIAL

Our jewellery is handmade, one by one in our studio, with noble metals, with a choice of gold-plated brass or 925 sterling silver. The carefully selected natural stones and pearls add a unique and special touch to each piece. We only work with ethical and licensed suppliers, guaranteeing the responsible origin of all materials.

We stress that our gold plating has a quality standard that sets it apart from ordinary “gold plated jewellery” due to its higher criteria. All our pieces are customizable and can be produced in the metals of your choice.

PRODUCTION

We believe in conscious and sustainable production. That's why we keep a limited stock, reducing waste, and produce many of our pieces on demand, in your ideal size. Production time varies according to the complexity of the piece and our workflow, but does not exceed 20 working days. We understand the importance of special dates and will do our best to meet your needs.

SHIPPING

Once payment has been confirmed, we begin to produce your jewellery with the utmost care. As soon as it is ready, it will be sent by DHL or similar. You can then track your purchase by using the tracking code that we will send you by email. If you have a special request for a gift, please contact us.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We suggest you consult our Ring Size Guide and make sure you are buying the correct size.

To request an exchange of your jewellery, please contact us at  fendajewellery@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your jewellery. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, the item must be returned in its original packaging, with the certificate of authenticity, with no signs of use or damage. The piece must be returned to our studio within 48 hours of the start of the exchange or return process. The company reserves the right not to carry out the exchange if the jewellery or the packaging are not in the right condition. The cost of sending the item for exchange and resending the new item will be the responsibility of the customer. It is important to note that personalized jewellery is not eligible for exchange.

PACKAGING

Your order will arrive in carefully designed packaging to protect your jewellery during transportation. We are a plastic-free company and use sustainable and recyclable materials such as cardboard and fabric. The magnetic box that comes with the jewellery is perfect for storing and preserving it for a long time.

CERTIFICATE AND WARRANTY

The Certificate of Authenticity proves the originality of your jewellery and guarantees the quality of the materials. We offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the moment you buy your jewellery. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, such as scratches, dents or breakage due to impact, as well as natural wear and tear of the gold plating or accidents. We offer various payment options for your convenience: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Hipercard, American Express, etc.), Pix and PayPal.

CARE

Here are simple steps to ensure your jewellery stands the test of time:

Gently clean: after wearing your jewellery, wipe it gently with a soft cloth to remove any residue of oils, lotions or other substances.

Important storage: store your pieces in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. To avoid scratches, keep them separate or wrapped individually.

Avoid chemical products: substances present in perfumes, cosmetics and household cleaning products can affect the shine of your jewellery and damage the gold plating. It's best to apply these products before putting your pieces on.

Remove before activities: remove your jewellery before participating in physical activities. This helps prevent possible damage and ensures that your pieces remain immaculate.

Special care: be especially careful with pearls and natural gems, as they are delicate and direct exposure to aggressive elements can damage their shine. Remember that proper care increases the longevity of the gold plating applied to your jewellery.
