After payment confirmation, we will carefully begin producing your Jewellery . Once it is ready, it will be sent by Sedex or similar. Choose the delivery option that best suits your needs and track your purchase using the tracking code that we will send you by email. If you have any special requests for gifts, please contact us.

All our jewellery is handmade in our studio in 925 sterling silver or brass with 18kt gold plate (20 microns), to ensure the highest quality.

1.GENTLE CLEANING: After wearing your jewellery gently wipe it with a soft cloth to remove any residue of oils, lotions or other substances.

2.STORAGE IMPORTANT: Store your pieces in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. To avoid scratches, keep them separate or individually wrapped.

3. AVOID HARMFUL CHEMICALS: Substances present in perfumes, cosmetics and household cleaning products can affect the shine of your jewellery and damage the gold plating. It is best to apply these products before putting on your pieces.

4.REMOVE BEFORE ACTIVITIES: Take off your jewellery before any physical activities such as swimming, exercising or cleaning.

5.SPECIAL CARE: Be especially careful with freshwater pearls and natural gems, as they are delicate, and direct exposure to aggressive elements can damage their shine.
